CLASS ACTION BILL SCHEDULED FOR VOTE

Despite compelling testimony about the many problems associated with a class action lawsuit bill, a possible committee vote is scheduled for Tuesday, May 25.

REGULATORY REFORM BILL MOVES TO CONFERENCE COMMITTEE

At the outset of the 128th General Assembly, both House Democrats and Senate Republicans introduced separate pieces of legislation aimed at reforming Ohio’s regulatory climate.
