FRANCHISE BILLS WOULD HURT AUTO MAKERS

Legislation that would significantly alter the business relationship between Ohio manufacturers and their dealer network could jeopardize future investments in Ohio manufacturing facilities.

CLASS ACTION BILL A BLOW TO BUSINESS

A bill pending in the House Civil & Commercial Law Committee would significantly chill the ability to settle class action lawsuits filed in Ohio courts.
