HOUSE ADDS MORE SPENDING TO BUDGET
As Gov. Strickland announced that another round of cuts is in the offing to balance the current budget, this week the House added $91 million more to the $54 billion FY 2010-11 spending plan. 
HOUSE PASSES AUTISM MANDATE IN BUDGET
In a last minute addition, the Ohio House Finance & Appropriations Committee added the autism mandate to the two-year state operating budget. 
MORE ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS ON THE HORIZON?
The Ohio Chamber was successful in removing environmental justice language from the state budget that would have added layers of bureaucratic review and required extensive information from anyone seeking to obtain an environmental permit in Ohio.
