 | | LEGISLATORS BEGIN SPRING BREAK
Ohio legislators are on a two-week spring break that will, for the most part, mean little activity at the Statehouse until they return the week of April 20. The publication of Legislative Update will be suspended until Friday, April 17.
GOVERNOR SIGNS BI-PARTISAN TRANSPORTATION BUDGET
Both houses of the General Assembly this week accepted a conference committee report on HB 2, the state's $9.2 billion two-year transportation budget that begins July 1, 2009. HOUSE COMMITTEE APPROVES BROAD AUTISM MANDATE This week the House HealthCare Access & Affordability Committee adopted a few minor changes before passing HB 8, the autism mandate, 10-3.
