HOUSE PANEL TOLD AUTISM MANDATE WILL BE COSTLY

This week the Ohio Chamber testified in opposition to HB 8, the autism mandate that would increase the cost of insurance, especially for small businesses.

BWC FINALIZES WORKERS' COMPENSATION RATES

Employers have been waiting for months to know what premium rates and discounts will be available when they pay their workers' compensation premiums this year.

FEDERAL STIMULUS TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS ANNOUNCED

Gov. Strickland announced that 149 transportation projects have been prioritized for full or partial funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, the federal stimulus bill. 

COMP TIME BILL SET FOR COMMITTEE VOTE
