SENATE PASSES KEY REGULATORY REFORMS

An important regulatory reform bill is on its way to the Ohio House after the Senate voted this week to unanimously support SB 3.  

EMPLOYEE FREE CHOICE ACT INTRODUCED

After much anticipation and speculation, members of Congress introduced the Employee Free Choice Act or "Card Check" this past Tuesday. 

STATE WILL PIGGYBACK ON FEDERAL COBRA CHANGES

In a few short weeks many Ohioans who have lost their jobs because of layoffs may have expanded access to group health insurance coverage.
