HOUSE APPROVES TRANSPORTATION BUDGET

This week the Ohio House approved the state's $7.6 billion transportation budget on a strictly party-line vote of 53-45.

HEALTH CARE REFORMS IN GOVERNOR'S BUDGET

Under Gov. Strickland's two year budget proposal, kids can stay on their parents' health insurance until age 29 and employers will be required to offer a health insurance account for employees to pay their premiums. 

LAKE ERIE WATER REGULATIONS WILL APPLY STATEWIDE

If you thought you could avoid new water withdrawal regulations being developed for the Lake Erie Basin because you pull water from another source, think again.  

EMPLOYEE FREE CHOICE ACT WEBPAGE LAUNCHED

The Ohio Chamber of Commerce launched a new webpage on its Ohio Business Votes Web site dedicated to stopping the Employee Free Choice Act or "Card Check".
