STATE BUDGET HIKES SPENDING 6.3 PERCENT
Governor Ted Strickland's $54.7 billion FY 2010-11 general revenue fund (GRF) budget proposes a 6.3 percent overall spending increase, with an 8.7 percent or $925 million increase for K-12 education.
