ABC Honors Members of Distinction

Knowles, Therres, Cluster, Maisel & Butt Honored 

           

     More than 300 ABC Baltimore members gathered at the newly expanded Visionary Art Museum in downtown Baltimore to celebrate the achievements of the Merit Shop and honor three extraordinary members and one-extraordinary staff member for their achievements. Ronald Knowles, the president and CEO of J. Vinton Schafer & Sons, Inc., received the Lifetime Achievement award; Primo Electric’s Edwin Cluster, was honored for Education and Training; John Therres, Cambridge Iron Works, for Political Action; and ABC’s long-time Vice President of Education, Michelle Butt for her “30 years of dedication and tireless service to Merit Shop Training.”  In addition, ABC held its first Woman of the Year Award, in which Jean Maisel with JDL Electric Co., Inc. was the recipient.
